WHAT: Tasti D-Lite, the great-tasting, lower-calorie frozen dessert chain with a cult following among health-conscious consumers as well as celebrities (including Tina Fey, Molly Sims, Jerry Seinfeld, Elizabeth Banks and the women from Sex and the City, just to name a few..) is celebrating the grand opening of its Las Vegas Town Center location from July 7 – 10.

The following events are scheduled to take place over the weekend:

• Free Tasti D-Lite small cup on Thursday and Friday from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m.
• Attendees can register to win several prizes including a grand prize of a “Year of Free Tasti,” a healthy summertime get together for 10, and more!
• Tasti door prizes – Tasti T-Shirts, Tasti TreatCards, “Harvest Festival® – Original Art & Craft Show” Family 4 packs, and more – will be given out throughout the weekend.
• Ceremonial ribbon cutting at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, July 8.
• Sign up for a “TastiRewards Card” and start earning points towards free Tasti treats on future visits!
• Meet the “Tasti Girl” at our Meet and Greet! Great fun, and Saturday face painting for the kids!
• A portion of the proceeds from the grand opening weekend will be donated to a local charity, Children’s Heart Foundation.

WHEN: Thursday, July 7, 2011 to Sunday, July 10, 2011. On-going Center hours are: 10 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. seven days a week.
