What is Tasti D-Lite?
Tasti D-Lite is a dairy-based frozen dessert. Not frozen yogurt, because it doesn’t contain yogurt. Not ice cream, because it contains less fat.

Vanilla dairy base made with all-natural ingredients: water, nonfat milk, sugar, corn syrup, cream, guar gum, locust bean gum, carrageenan, vanilla, lactase.
Chocolate dairy base made with all-natural ingredients: water, nonfat milk, sugar, corn syrup, cream, cocoa (processed with alkali), guar gum, locust bean gum, carrageenan, lactase.
Flavors: Made from a variety of natural ingredients.
How many calories are in Tasti D-Lite?
Fewer than you probably think. Depending on the flavor, Tasti D-Lite has between 70 and 100 calories per 4 fluid ounce serving (most flavors range from 70-80 calories per serving). That’s about the same as in two rice cakes—with a heck of a lot more flavor. To find out the calorie range for each flavor, visit the Flavor & Facts menu.
Is Tasti D-Lite low-fat?
In fact, it’s downright skinny. Our base is made with nonfat milk, so all Tasti D-Lite flavors are low fat. Most flavors contain less than 1.5 grams of fat per four-ounce serving; none have more than 3 grams per serving.
Is Tasti D-Lite low-carb, too?
Isn’t it great? Most flavors contain fewer than 14 grams of carbohydrates per four-ounce serving; none contain more than 16 grams per serving.
Wow, is Tasti D-Lite sugar-free, too?
No. Let’s not get carried away. If it were sugar-free, it wouldn’t taste so good. Tasti D-Lite is sweetened with a small amount of natural sugar. NO Nutrasweet, Splenda, Saccharin, Aspartame, or any other artificial sweetener. That’s it. End of story.
Is Tasti D-Lite a diet food?
It tastes so good, nobody would ever call it “diet”. Tasti D-Lite is for everybody. Made with natural ingredients, it’s just smarter than your average frozen dessert. But if you’re on a strictly controlled diet, Tasti D-Lite can be a smart snack to curb hunger or a light, sensible meal replacement. Nutritional information varies by flavor. You may substitute a 4 fluid-ounce serving of any category 1 flavor for 1/2 milk and 1/2 non-citrus fruit, which is equivalent to 1 point.
Is Tasti D-Lite kosher?
Yes, our Tasti D-Lite product is kosher. Our vanilla and chocolate mixes are certified by Circle-K. Our syrups are certified by OU. The toppings, which are sourced from several suppliers, are certified by a variety of supervising organizations, all of which are acceptable by Kof-K. Several of our centers are certified by Kof-K as kosher, meaning that all the products sold in that particular location, not just Tasti products, are kosher as well. Please confirm kosher status of products and stores with the manager of the center you visit.

What makes Tasti so creamy delicious?
That’s the one secret we won’t tell. Tasti D-Lite is a proprietary formula with a unique balance of natural ingredients and Tasti Science. Unlike other lower calorie and low-fat frozen desserts that leave an unpleasant aftertaste (or worse, no taste), our formula makes Tasti D-Lite smooth and creamy like premium ice cream, without the nutritional drawbacks.
What is a Tasteologist?
Tasti D-Lite tasteologists are trained and certified by Tasti Technical Institute to be your onsite experts on Tasti flavors and nutritional information. They’re also trained to delight you with friendly, respectful hospitality. Don’t hesitate to ask them what their favorite flavor is and why, what topping goes with what flavor, or how many calories are in that cup of pecan praline fudge.
What about your serving sizes?
Our standard serving size is 4 fluid ounces. It’s our policy to provide value as well as quality to our customers. Therefore, our servings are sometimes a little generous. If you’re concerned about your calorie intake, just let us know when you order. We also offer you the option of using a flat lid instead of a high dome lid.

Can I get Tasti D-Lite for my freezer at home?
Of course! Tasti D-Lite stores sell pre-packed pints and quarts or they’ll pack one for you on the spot. Tasti D-Lite freezes well. Ten seconds in the microwave and you’re good to go.
Does Tasti D-Lite sell cakes and pies?
Yes, Tasti D-Lite makes both cakes and pies in a variety of sizes. In addition to our vanilla and chocolate, we can custom blend any flavor and layer it with chocolate crunchies and fat-free hot fudge in the center. (Yum!)
What’s your most popular flavor?
